Privacy policy
What tr3e.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: this page doesn't track you. We only get your details when you send them to us.
Who we are
This policy covers the website tr3e.com. The data controller is Tree Technologies Oy, business ID 3152337-3, Bulevardi 22, 00120 Helsinki, Finland.

The Tr3e product at app.tr3e.com, and the data brands keep in it, is covered by its own terms and data processing agreement, not by this policy.
What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers. We don't measure you, profile you or follow you to other sites.
- One small note on your own device. The page saves a single entry in your browser's local storage (
tr3e-km) so the menu greeting is only shown once. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser at any time. - The demo chat runs in your browser. Nothing you click, type or try in it is sent to us or saved, unless you choose to email us (below).
When you contact us
If you leave your email in the demo chat, your own email app opens a message to hello@tr3e.com. It includes your email address and a list of what you tried on the page. Nothing is sent until you press send. The same applies when you email us directly or book a demo.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We only email you about things you asked for.

Where your data is kept
We store contact and customer data in the EU. If a service we use processes data outside the EU or EEA, we rely on the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you the data we have about you, or give it to you in a portable format
- correct it, or delete it
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
Email hello@tr3e.com and we'll answer within one month. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or the data protection authority where you live.

If we change how this website handles data, we update this page and the date below.
