What each person does

Pick a person's function on their row: Merchandising, Design, Product development, Technical, Materials, Sourcing, Production, Quality or Commercial. It gives no extra rights. The Critical Path uses it to propose who owns each milestone.

In Settings → General → Members, pick what each person does on their row. The Critical Path uses it to propose milestone owners.

The free trial

A new Workspace starts with a 31-day free trial, with everything included. Upgrade to Pro, beside the Workspace name, takes you to billing.

Seats and invoices

  • Every owner, admin and member uses a seat, and so does a pending invitation for one.
  • Viewers are free.
  • Prices are per seat and exclude VAT. Pick Monthly or Annual in Settings → Billing.

Manage subscription, Update payment method and View invoices open the billing portal, where you change seats, update your card and download invoices.

If a trial or subscription ends, nothing is deleted. An owner or admin can subscribe again from the same screen.
