Fashion PLM software for small brands, compared
A small brand looking for its first system usually ends up with the same shortlist. This page puts the common names side by side on the things that decide it early: who the tool is built for, whether the price is public, whether you can try it and how long it takes to get going.
How to read this page
The facts below come from each vendor's own website and their public listings on G2 and Capterra, read on 31 October 2026. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before you decide. Where a vendor does not publish something, the table says so instead of guessing. Tr3e is our product, and we have tried to describe the others as they describe themselves.

What each one does best
Tr3e runs the season day to day: the line plan, live cost and margin per variant, the collection budget, the Critical Path, purchase orders in the supplier's currency, sizes with GTINs and barcodes, and Digital Product Passports. It also works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. It has no dedicated tech pack builder or Illustrator plug-in: sketches and files sit on each variant.
Delogue is strong on tech packs, samples and supplier collaboration, with grading, care labels and price simulations in its higher plans and supply chain mapping in Premium. Supplier logins are free.
Techpacker started as a tech pack builder and adds grading rules, BOM libraries, line sheets and time and action reports in its PLM plans.
Onbrand covers live tech packs, libraries, a vendor portal, samples and line sheets, with costing, a Time and Action calendar and generative design in its Pro plan.
BeProduct covers tech packs, BOM, costing, line sheets, a Time and Action calendar and many integrations, sold as one licence with every module.
Backbone PLM is known for tech packs, BOMs and an Illustrator integration. Bamboo Rose bought it in 2023 and now sells its own TotalPLM platform. See Backbone PLM alternatives.
Centric PLM is one of the largest fashion PLM systems, with design, 3D, sourcing, costing, compliance and AI agents. It is built for large teams and sold through a sales process.
WFX PLM reaches from line planning and tech packs to RFQs, purchase orders, production, inspection and shipments, with ERP integrations.
Which kind of tool fits
- You mostly need better tech packs. A tech pack builder such as Techpacker, or the tech pack side of Delogue, is the direct fit.
- You need to know what the season costs, where it stands and what's next. Look for live costing, a line plan, deadlines and purchase orders in one place. That is what Tr3e is built for.
- You have a large team, many categories and an IT budget. Enterprise systems such as Centric and WFX are made for that scale, with a project to match.
Before you buy, run the questions in PLM for small fashion brands: what you actually need with your own collection.
